Duties & Responsibilities


  • Receive,  inspect, and record incoming goods or materials.

  • Verify and  maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.

  • Ensure  proper storage and organization of products to optimize space utilization.

  • Implement  inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and minimize wastage

  • Prepare orders  for shipment based on customer requirements or internal requests.

  • Pack, label, and document goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and  completeness.

  • Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Generate  and update relevant documentation, such as packing slips and delivery  notes.

  • Prepare and  submit reports on inventory levels, dispatch activities, and stock  movements.

  • Ensure  compliance with relevant regulations and procedures for record keeping.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain or BCOM

  • Knowledge in using inventory management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.

  • Excellent organizational and  time management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently  as well as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

  • Knowledge of safety and  compliance regulations related to stores and dispatch operations.

  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft office; Excel, Powerpoint and other reporting software

  • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills

  • Excellent writing and reporting skills

  • Strong communications skills
