Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Assist in installing and configuring new hardware and software

• Learn and perform regular system maintenance and updates

• Monitor system performance and assist in taking steps to ensure optimal performance

• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues

• Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or recent graduate

• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and develop new skills

• Basic technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
